Welcome to Dragon Forge. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with our Terms & Conditions. Dragon Forge operates this platform to provide Premium furniture, and Gaming accessories. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
All orders must be placed through our official website, social media, or verified contact numbers. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Orders are only confirmed once full payment or advance (as applicable) has been received. We may cancel orders in cases of non-payment, product unavailability, or other valid reasons.
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of purchase. While we aim for timely delivery, Dragon Forge is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external circumstances beyond our control.
Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, faulty, or does not match the order details. Change of mind is not eligible for return. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For full details, please review our Return Policy.
All Dragon Forge products come with a 1-Year Replacement Warranty on ARGB lights and electronic components. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to physical damage, misuse, power surges, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
We strive to display accurate product information, including sizes, dimensions, and colors. However, slight variations may occur due to materials, lighting, or screen settings, and these are not considered defects.
Dragon Forge will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.
All images, logos, designs, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Dragon Forge and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
